This 7-day / 6-night luxury flying safari offers a seamless journey through Kenya’s most celebrated safari destinations, designed to maximize comfort and time in the wild, with scheduled flights linking each destination.

The safari begins in Nairobi with an overnight stay at Hemingways Nairobi before flying to Amboseli National Park, renowned for large elephant herds and picturesque views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Two nights at Angama Amboseli allow for extensive game drives and optional cultural or balloon experiences.

You then fly to the Maasai Mara National Reserve, spending three nights at Angama Mara. Here, guests enjoy abundant game viewing across lion-rich plains and the Mara River ecosystem, with options for full-day safaris, nature walks, and signature lodge experiences. The journey concludes with a scenic flight back to Nairobi, completing an unforgettable Kenyan safari.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi

Our driver and representative will meet you at the airport on arrival and transfer you to your Nairobi accommodation for a welcome dinner and overnight rest.

Overnight: Hemingways Nairobi

Meals: Dinner

Day 2: Transfer to Amboseli (by flight)

You will be picked up by our driver from your Nairobi hotel at 6 a.m. and be transferred to
Wilson Airport for a morning flight to Amboseli. On arrival, our driver will pick you up and drive
to the camp with a short game drive en route. Check in and later enjoy lunch. Afternoon
game drive at 3/4p.m.

Overnight: Angama Amboseli

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 3: Amboseli – Full day

After breakfast, head out with picnic lunch boxes for a full day in the park. Explore Amboseli with unlimited game drives, watch the animals from the observation hill, and if lucky to see Mount Kilimanjaro reveal itself, make sure to take a photo.
Alternatively, have morning and afternoon game drives.

Optional activities: Hot air balloon ride & Maasai Village Visit

Overnight: Angama Amboseli

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 4: Amboseli – Transfer to Maasai Mara (By Flight)

After breakfast at the camp, you will be transferred to the airstrip for a flight to Mara via Nairobi. You will arrive at Mara by mid-morning and be picked up by the camp driver. Transfer to the camp for lunch. Have lunch and relax before an afternoon game drive from 3 or 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Overnight: Angama Mara

Day 5 & 6: Maasai Mara – Full day

Spend these days on extensive game drives in the Mara Reserve. If you’re looking to see Big Cats, the Masai Mara National Reserve is an excellent place to spot them. The Mara has been called the Kingdom of Lions and these powerful hunters dominate these grasslands.

You’ll have an excellent opportunity to spot them while enjoying game drives across the Mara plains. Picnic lunch will be at a good spot by the Mara River.

You can opt for full-day game drives in the park, or alternate the other day with morning and evening game drives with part of the day spent at the camp/lodge enjoying its facilities.

Optional activities: Hot air balloon, a visit to Maasai village, sun downer, bush breakfast & guided nature walks

Overnight: Angama Mara Camp

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 7: Maasai Mara – Transfer to Nairobi (by air- approx.. 1 hour)

Today marks the end of your amazing honeymoon safari. After breakfast, you will have time to pack up your bags and check out. You will be transferred to the airstrip for a flight to Nairobi departing at 11.15 a.m. You will arrive at 12.15 p.m. and have lunch before drop off at your hotel or airport.
