Detailed Itinerary

 

Day 1 & 2 | Arrival in Maun – Boteti River

Makgadikgadi Pans National Park – Game Drive

On arrival in Maun, you will be welcomed by an English-speaking driver and transferred to Boteti River Camp, situated on the banks of the Boteti River and an ideal gateway to Makgadikgadi National Park.

During your two-night stay, enjoy Botswana’s wilderness on guided morning and afternoon game drives (approximately 3–4 hours) in Makgadikgadi National Park, as well as a Cultural Village Tour (approximately 2.5 hours), where you meet local communities and learn about daily life in this semi-arid region.

Day 3 & 4 | Boteti River – Maun – Mogogelo Camp (Moremi Region)

Moremi Game Reserve – Open 4×4 Safari

After breakfast, you are transferred by road back to Maun. Here, you change vehicles to open 4×4 safari vehicles and continue your journey into the Moremi region to Mogogelo Camp, located near Moremi Game Reserve. During your two-night stay, enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in this wildlife-rich area, with excellent chances of encountering the Big Five and a remarkable variety of birdlife.

Day 5 & 6 | Mogogelo Camp – Khwai Private Reserve (Game-Drive Transfer)

Khwai Private Reserve – Wildlife Encounter
After breakfast, enjoy a scenic and productive game-drive transfer in an open 4×4 vehicle from Mogogelo Camp to the Khwai Private Reserve. During your two-night stay in the

Khwai region, you will enjoy morning and afternoon game drives, with excellent opportunities to see elephants, predators and plains game along the river and floodplains.

Day 7 | Khwai – Kasane (Light Aircraft Transfer)

Chobe River – Boat Safari

A short transfer takes you to Khwai Airstrip, followed by a scenic light aircraft flight to Kasane, a small town located on the edge of Chobe National Park. In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxing boat safari on the Chobe River, where you may see bathing elephants, families of hippos and basking crocodiles along the riverbanks.

Day 8 | Chobe National Park – Victoria Falls-

Chobe National Park – Jeep Safari

The day begins with an exciting morning jeep safari in Chobe National Park, renowned for its large elephant population. With some luck, you may also spot buffalo and big cats in this biodiversity-rich area. After the game drive, you will cross the border into Zimbabwe and continue to Victoria Falls, where you check into your guesthouse for a two-night stay near the falls.

Day 9 | Victoria Falls- Victoria Falls – The Smoke That Thunders

Today you visit the magnificent Victoria Falls, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known locally as ‘The Smoke That Thunders’ due to the spray created by the cascading water. The afternoon is at leisure. Enjoy time to explore the town, relax at your lodge, or take part in optional activities such as a helicopter flight over the falls or a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River (both bookable and payable locally).

Day 10 | Flight to Johannesburg- Connect with flight to Fascene

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Victoria Falls Airport for your flight to Johannesburg, where you will connect to a flight to Fascene International Airport. Our guide/ driver will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel. Unwind by the pool, stroll along the beach, or enjoy your first sunset over the Indian Ocean. Dinner is served at the hotel,
offering a relaxed introduction to Madagascar’s coastal cuisine.

Day 11 | Beach Leisure & Relaxation

Today is dedicated entirely to rest. After a leisurely breakfast overlooking the ocean, enjoy a full day at your own pace. Day 14| Nosy Sakatia: Snorkelling & Turtle Encounters

This morning, set out on a boat to Nosy Sakatia, a quiet and unspoiled island known for its vibrant coral reefs. Spend the day snorkeling alongside colorful fish and sea turtles,exploring secluded beaches, and soaking in the island’s untouched charm. Lunch is enjoyed on the island before returning to your hotel later in the afternoon. The remainder of the day is free for relaxation, followed by dinner at the lodge.
