Severin Safari Camp

Severin Safari Camp is a comfortable and atmospheric tented camp within Tsavo West National Park, one of Kenya's most scenically dramatic parks, a landscape of volcanic hills, lush springs, and savannah scrub supporting large numbers of elephant, black rhino, hippo (at Mzima Springs), leopard, and lion. The camp's 27 tents overlook a busy waterhole and the Chyulu Hills, with the snow-capped peak of Kilimanjaro sometimes visible on clear mornings.
Severin is well regarded for its guiding quality, family-friendly facilities, and the unusually diverse range of activities available within Tsavo West, including the famous Mzima Springs underwater observation chamber, guided bush walks, and the volcanic Shetani Lava Flow. It is a practical and characterful base for the Tsavo West section of multi-park Kenya and beach safaris.
