Arusha Coffee Lodge

Arusha Coffee Lodge is a beautiful Elewana Collection property set on a working coffee plantation on the outskirts of Arusha, Tanzania's safari capital and the starting point of the Northern Circuit. The lodge's 30 private plunge-pool cottages are tucked between rows of coffee plants, with Mount Meru rising above the plantation and Kilimanjaro occasionally visible on clear mornings, creating a genuinely lovely setting for the beginning or end of a Tanzania safari.

The lodge's quality restaurant, serving Tanzanian coffee grown on the estate, and its full-service spa make it a restorative and characterful overnight before or after multi-day safari circuits. The adjacent Arusha National Park, often overlooked but home to giraffe, elephant, colobus monkey, and flamingos on the crater lake, adds a wildlife dimension to the stay.
